Local High Schools become involved in RAAM
We would like to welcome the teachers, staff, and students, at Lebanon High School as the third high school supporter/volunteers of the time stations! Our other high school supporters are Blanchester & Covington Latin High Schools. For those outside the local area, Lebanon is between our two time stations. The course passes directly through the town. Please let us know if your high school would like to get involved or plan to add it as a community service activity to the school program.

Six Continents Represented in RAAM 2010
With the entry of solo racer Liechtenstein native, Rainer Kiworra, RAAM now is represented by 17 countries from around the world and it also represents 6 continents according to the RAAM National website! Only Antarctica is not represented. Good luck finding a racer there or much less even a bike.

The Women of RAAM
Last year's women's race was just as exciting as the men's. For more on the history of the women of RAAM, see the well written article "The Women of RAAM" by Candace Koska. We expect the women will give us another exciting race in 2010.
Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guard Form RAAM team
The 2010 8 person team of "4 MIL" is first team in RAAM represented by all branches of the US Military.website: team4mil.org/
Award Winning RAAM Movie on Netflix
Check out this trailer on youtube.com of the award winning movie about RAAM, Bicycle Dreams, before adding to your Netflix queue.

RAAM racers and teams do more than just ride. They also raise money for numerous charities. Each of the past three years, riders and teams have raised over $1 million for their favorite charities.
