Cheer the riders
RAAM riders are the toughest athletes in the world. However, after riding miles through deserts, over mountains and past corn fields, a cheering group boosts their spirit.
By the time they have reached Southwest Ohio they will have covered 2,400 miles and still have 600 miles and the Appalachian Mountains between them and the finish line. This is the point were lack of sleep, failing legs, saddle sores and other things take their toll. Both bodies and spirits begin to fail. Here is where your enthusiasm and support can be a great help.
The web site will give you an estimate of when your favorite rider or team will pass.
